SRSO holds heatstroke awareness camp in Sehwan with District Administration

SUKKUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2026) Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO), in collaboration with the district administration of Jamshoro, continued its week-long heatstroke response and awareness camp near Sehwan Bus Stop.

According to its Spokesperson on Sunday, on the second day of the camp, SRSO staff provided travelers and local residents with clean drinking water and ORS, and conducted awareness sessions on preventive measures during the ongoing heatwave.

Assistant Commissioner (AC), Babar Baloch visited the camp and inaugurated the activity. He appreciated the efforts of the SRSO Jamshoro and Sehwan team and joined staff in distributing water to the public.

AC Baloch encouraged the team to continue their service to the community during the extreme weather, noting the importance of timely response and public awareness in preventing heatstroke cases.
