ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th May, 2026) General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Prophet's Mosque has intensified guidance and crowd management services to help the maximum number of pilgrims visit and pray at Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah, also known as Riyaz-ul-Jannah, inside Al-Masjid an-Nabawi during the Hajj 1447 AH season.
According to SPA, Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah is the sacred area located between the Holy Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) pulpit and his blessed chamber inside the Prophet’s Mosque and is regarded by Muslims as one of the most spiritually significant places for prayer.
The authority said special organizational procedures have been introduced to facilitate smooth entry and exit of pilgrims from different countries amid heavy crowds during the Hajj season.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>Field staff and guidance teams are assisting visitors by explaining procedures, organizing movement and directing pilgrims through designated routes to avoid overcrowding and ensure safety.
The report said pilgrims are being allowed to stay inside Riyaz-ul-Jannah for around 10 to 20 minutes during their visit as part of crowd management measures aimed at enabling more worshippers to benefit from the spiritually important site.
The authority said the arrangements reflect ongoing efforts to improve pilgrims’ experience and maintain smooth movement inside the Prophet’s Mosque during the peak Hajj period.
