Spanish Language Program begins

SIALKOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th May, 2026) An inaugural session of the Spanish Language Class commenced under a collaborative initiative of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and National University of Modern Languages, following the encouraging success and positive response to the previous year’s program.

The initiative aims to equip students and professionals with modern language skills to enhance academic, professional, and international communication opportunities.

The inaugural session was formally inaugurated by Syed Ahtesham Mazhar, President SCCI, along with Professor Dr. Jamil Asghar Jami, Dean Faculty of Languages, and Dr. Hazrat Umar, Head of the English Language Department.

The speakers emphasized the growing importance of foreign language proficiency in today’s globalized world and appreciated the continued collaboration between both institutions in promoting educational and skill development initiatives in Sialkot.
