SLA, SU announces to host Shah Latif International Conference

Sindhi Language Authority (SLA) and University of Sindh (SU), Jamshoro, have agreed to host an International Conference

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Mar, 2026) Sindhi Language Authority (SLA) and University of Sindh (SU), Jamshoro, have agreed to host an International Conference. This decision was made in a meeting of Sindh University Vice-Chancellor Dr Fateh Muhammad Marri and Chairman SLA Dr Sher Mehrani here on Tuesday.

Both officers agreed to highlight the different intellectual aspects of Shah Latif at the international level.

According to the statement issued on this occasion, the dates of the international conference will be announced in the next few weeks.

According to the announcement, the theme of the conference will be Shah's language, Shah's intellectual development, Shah's concept of environment and agriculture, Bhittai's natural beauty and beauty, Shah Latif Eki, peace and tolerance, who is a poet, Bhithai who is a leading poet of human rights, Bhittai's greatness of women and other topics.
