Sindh governor express solidarity to Palestinean people on Youm-ul-Quds

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Mar, 2026) The Governor Sindh, Muhammad Nehal Hashmi, Friday, emphasized that ‘Youm-ul-Quds’ is the day of expressing solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people and reiterating commitment to support their right to self-determination.

The Sindh Governor, in his message on the Day of Al-Quds, termed solidarity of the Muslim Ummah as the key to the freedom of Palestine, stating that “the struggle of the Palestinian people for freedom is respectable and the people of Pakistan stand with their Palestinian brothers.”

The day gives us a message to raise our voices in favor of the oppressed and stand for justice, Nehal Hashmi said and urged the international community to take immediate notice of human rights violations in Palestine. A just solution to the Palestinian issue is indispensable for lasting peace in the region, he noted.
