Sindh Governor, CM pay tribute to mothers of brave sons who sacrificed their lives for nation

KARACHI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th May, 2026) Governor of Sindh Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi and Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah said that a mother’s love, prayers and sacrifices were the greatest treasure in a person’s life.

In their separate messages on the Mother’s Day and on the occasion of the battle for truthon Sunday, they payed tribute to those great mothers, who gave birth to brave sons that sacrificed their lives for the nation. They said that a mother was the great personality, beneath whose feet lies paradise and her prayers were the foundation of her children’s success.

The Governor and the Chief Minister of Sindh said that serving and respecting mothers was a bright aspect of our religious and social values. A mother’s upbringing teaches generations the values of love, peace and progress, they said.
