SIAL holds 157th BoD meeting, welcomes new leadership

SIALKOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Jul, 2026) Sialkot International Airport Limited (SIAL) convened its 157th board of Directors (BoDs) Meeting under the chairmanship of Hassan Ali Bhatti, Chairman SIAL.

During the meeting, the outgoing Chairman and Vice Chairman were given a standing ovation in recognition of their dedicated leadership and valuable contributions to the organization.

The Board of Directors (BoDs) also warmly welcomed the newly elected Chairman, Abdul Ghafoor Malik, and Vice Chairman, Syed Shahid Raza, on assuming their respective offices.

Recognition shields were presented to the conveners of various Board committees in appreciation of their commitment and services.

The BOD meeting was further honoured with the presence of renowned Sialkot business community leader Riazuddin Sheikh, who acknowledged the commendable role of both the outgoing Chairman Hassan Ali Bhatti and Vice Chairman Waqas Afzal while extending his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the incoming Chairman and Vice Chairman for a successful tenure.
