Regarding Eid-ul-Adha arrangements, the DC said advance planning has already been initiated, adding that municipal Corporation and District Council authorities have been directed to make necessary arrangements for cattle markets and temporary sale points, while strict action will be taken against illegal cattle sale activities within the city limits.

He added that a special cleanliness plan has been finalized for Eid-ul-Azha, with a response time of 30 minutes set for the removal of animal waste and offal.

Highlighting the progress of the “Suthra Punjab” campaign, the DC said Sargodha currently ranks second across Punjab in the recovery of sanitation bills, which reflects strong public cooperation with the administration.

He also revealed that funds have been released for the upgradation and reconstruction of four Tehsil Headquarters Hospitals in the district, which will significantly improve healthcare facilities in rural areas.
