Senior Saudi scholars launch Hajj guidance lectures at Two Holy Mosques

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th May, 2026) General Presidency for Scholarly Research and Ifta has intensified its religious and educational activities during the Hajj 1447 AH season by organizing special lectures and guidance sessions for pilgrims at the Two Holy Mosques.

According to SPA, the initiative is being carried out under the directives of Dr Saleh bin Fawzan Al-Fawzan in cooperation with the Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque.

Members of the Council of Senior Scholars are delivering a series of religious lessons and lectures at Masjid al-Haram and Al-Masjid an-Nabawi to help pilgrims better understand Hajj rituals and Islamic teachings.

The lessons focus on rulings and objectives related to Hajj and Umrah, sacrificial rituals and the promotion of moderation and balanced Islamic values.

The report said the lectures are being conducted according to an organized schedule at designated locations within the Two Holy Mosques to accommodate pilgrims arriving from different parts of the Islamic world.

Authorities said the initiative forms part of broader efforts to strengthen religious awareness and help pilgrims perform rituals with proper understanding and peace of mind during the Hajj season.
