ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th May, 2026) Chairperson of the Senate Standing Committee on Federal education and Professional Training, Senator Bushra Anjum Butt on Thursday termed “Marka-e-Haq” a turning point that reflects the success of national unity and the strong support of the Pakistani nation for its armed forces, saying the world is admiring this spirit.
In an exclusive conversation with a local media outlet, she praised Pakistan’s armed forces, saying their professionalism, discipline, and timely response reflect the country’s strong defence capability and national resolve.
She said “Marka-e-Haq” stands as a clear example of unity, strength and resilience.
Bushra Anjum said that Indian propaganda has been completely exposed, adding that all attempts to create confusion or division within Pakistan through misleading narratives have failed.
She added that the nation remained united and firm against external misinformation campaigns.
She further stated that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif ensured all political parties were brought onto one platform, turning the situation into a collective national response.
She said this unity showed that it was not the achievement of any single group but of the entire country standing together.
The Senator added that this is a shared success of the nation and its armed forces, reflecting Pakistan’s cohesive political will, strong institutions, and enhanced diplomatic outreach on the global stage.
She further stated that Pakistan also played an effective and balanced mediator role, helping to promote understanding and reduce tensions, which once again highlighted its constructive approach and credibility on the international stage.
The senator concluded by saying that Pakistan’s leadership's consistent commitment to peace, unity, and responsible diplomacy has strengthened its global standing, proving it as a reliable and dignified voice in international affairs.
