Seminar on healthy living, career growth to be held in Islamabad on Wednesday

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2026) A live seminar titled “Healthy Life – Leave the Grind, Revive Your Mind” will be held on Wednesday, May 20, aiming to promote wellness, healthy living, and career growth among youth and working professionals.

Organized by Norvik, the seminar is open to individuals aged 20 years and above, particularly university students and early-career professionals seeking guidance on health management, stress reduction, and future planning.

Talking to APP, wellness speaker and event host Dr. Farzana said the seminar aims to raise awareness about preventive healthcare and encourage participants to adopt healthier and more productive lifestyles.

She said the program will feature sessions on natural healing methods, organic food and clean eating, fitness and active living, healthy daily habits, and natural approaches to managing lifestyle-related diseases, including diabetes.

Participants will also receive guidance on improving physical and mental well-being, while discussions will cover common challenges faced by young adults such as academic pressure, social media anxiety, screen fatigue, irregular sleep patterns, burnout, career confusion, and financial independence.

Dr. Farzana added that the event will include interactive activities such as live Q&A sessions, presentations, quick consultations, and audience engagement segments.

The seminar will also feature Sufi music performances, competitions, testimonials, and refreshment services in a comfortable indoor environment.

The event will take place at Usama Banquet Hall, Maryam Plaza, near Khanna Pul on the Islamabad Expressway service road, from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
