Security High Alert for Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr in District Kamber Shahdadkot

LARKANA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Mar, 2026) Security high alert issued in district Kamber Shahdadkot in view of the holy month of Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr.

Senior Superintendent of Police Kamber Shahdadkot (SSP) Hassan Sardar Ahmed Khan Niazi, has issued instructions for all police officers and personnel to remain alert.Strict picketing and snap checking are underway across the district.

He stated that the Sindh-Balochistan border has been sealed, and new check posts have also been established.Armored vehicles have also been provided to the Border SHOs of Rabi Pul, Qabo Saeed Khan, Imam Bakhsh Jamali, and Sanjar Bhatti for effective patrolling in the border areas.

Surveillance of the border areas is also being carried out through drone cameras and CCTV cameras.

Searching of suspicious individuals and vehicles is being conducted.Strict security has been established at all entry and exit points, and police personnel deployed on border security duty have been alerted, he added.

All officers are to further enhance mutual coordination with sister intelligence agencies and ensure timely information sharing.In view of security concerns, the DPO/SSP has issued instructions for all officers and personnel to remain vigilant and alert.
