PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2026) The district administration in Bannu has imposed Section 144 ahead of Eid-ul-Adha to maintain public safety and law and order during the festive period.
According to Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Faheem on Tuesday, strict restrictions have also been enforced on the collection of animal hides and charitable donations across the district.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>Only individuals, organizations or institutions possessing a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) or official permission issued by the district administration would be allowed to collect hides and donations.
The administration warned that unauthorized collection activities would be considered a violation of the imposed restrictions and legal action may be taken against offenders.
Officials stated that the measures were aimed at ensuring peace, preventing misuse of donations and maintaining security during Eid-ul-Adha celebrations in the district.
