SCCI discusses upcoming exhibitions with Pak HC to South Africa

SIALKOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Feb, 2026) Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) President Syed Ahtesham Mazhar, along with Qaiser Baig, Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Fairs and Exhibitions/Delegations, held an online meeting with the Pakistan's High Commissioner to South Africa.

The meeting focused on preparations and coordination for upcoming Pakistani exhibitions in South Africa. During the discussion, both sides explored avenues to enhance the visibility of Pakistani products, particularly from Sialkot, in the South African market.

President SCCI Syed Ahtesham Mazhar highlighted the export potential of Sialkot’s industries and emphasized the importance of strong diplomatic and institutional support to facilitate business-to-business linkages and trade promotion initiatives.

The High Commissioner assured full cooperation in promoting Pakistani exhibitions and facilitating connections with relevant trade bodies and business communities in South Africa.

The meeting concluded with a mutual commitment to strengthening bilateral trade relations and ensuring the successful organization of upcoming exhibitions to boost Pakistan’s exports.
