Saudi ministry to launch Hajj guidance program at historic Al-Khayf Mosque in Mina

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd May, 2026) Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance is set to launch a comprehensive religious awareness and guidance program at the historic Al-Khayf Mosque in Mina as part of Hajj 1447 AH arrangements.

The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported that the program will commence on Monday and feature a series of educational lectures and religious guidance sessions led by a group of prominent scholars.

The lectures will be delivered after daily obligatory prayers and will focus on educating pilgrims about Hajj rituals, their religious significance and correct methods of worship in light of the Quran and Sunnah.

SPA told APP that scholars participating in the program will also highlight the virtues of the Day of Arafah, rulings related to the Days of Tashreeq and the importance of moderation, balance and security in islam.

The initiative is aimed at strengthening religious awareness among pilgrims and helping them perform Hajj rituals correctly and peacefully during the holy journey.

Saudi authorities continue to expand educational and awareness initiatives at key religious sites to enhance pilgrims’ spiritual experience during Hajj 1447 AH.
