ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2026) The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is operating a unified electronic platform containing more than 500 digital services to improve operational readiness and facilitate pilgrims’ journeys during the Hajj 1447 AH season.
According to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the ministry’s electronic track system supports the pre-arrival stage of pilgrims by providing service-related data before they arrived in Saudi Arabia and throughout their Hajj journey.
The report said the platform helps organize reception procedures, accommodation access and movement arrangements while improving coordination among Hajj-related service providers.
Authorities said the electronic system serves as a unified digital gateway linking accommodation, transportation, catering services, Hajj companies and Hajj affairs offices through one integrated platform.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>SPA told APP that the electronic track currently connects more than 80 government and operational entities, along with over 5,000 service providers working within the Hajj ecosystem.
The report added that the integration helps maintain updated data and enables field teams and Hajj companies to assess pilgrims’ needs in advance before they arrive at service locations.
Officials said the digital system is contributing to faster coordination, improved operational efficiency and better service delivery for millions of pilgrims during the Hajj season.
