MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Feb, 2026) A ceremony of Safe Digital Literacy Programme was held at Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University (MNSU) of Engineering and Technology here on Thursday to promote awareness about responsible and secure use of digital platforms.
The programme was attended by students, faculty members and university management. The chief guest, Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Tauseef, distributed certificates and prizes among successful students who actively participated in the training sessions.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Tauseef said that digital literacy had become essential in the modern age and the young generation must be aware of safe internet usage, cyber security and responsible online behaviour. He appreciated the students for preparing informative banners on safe digital literacy and termed such activities a need of the time.
The participants expressed their commitment to adopting safe digital practices and spreading awareness among others about responsible use of online platforms.
