LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Mar, 2026) The government has approved a budget of Rs988.4 million for the Chief Minister Inspection Team (CMIT), a body responsible for monitoring the performance of government departments.

Sources said the project was initially estimated at Rs700 million, but the allocation was increased due to additional expenses, including the creation of new posts and the purchase of vehicles.
