Actor and influencer Romaisa Khan addressed confusion on social media after several media outlets mistakenly used her photos in reports about a viral altercation between two women at a cafe in Karachi’s DHA. Taking to Instagram, Romaisa responded in a lighthearted and comedic tone, clarifying that she was not involved in the incident and pointing out that another individual with the same name was actually linked to the situation. Her reaction went viral, earning praise from fans for her humourous take on the misunderstanding. “I woke up this morning and learned I was involved in a fight. Not only is this fake news, but I also ‘lost’ it,” she joked in her video. Romaisa further remarked that people should remember there are many individuals with the same name. “Are you guys okay? I’m not the only Romaisa in the world. Although I’m happy you thought of me,” she said humorously. She also pointed out that her photos were being used incorrectly by some pages and were only removed after she personally commented on them. “There are magazines using my photo with this story, and only when I comment do they take it down out of embarrassment,” she added. On a playful note, she said, “I have biceps guys, I can’t lose,” continuing her comedic defence of her name. Despite the humour, the actor ended with a polite request to avoid spreading misinformation: “Romaisa, whoever you are, and whatever fight you and Haya had, please don’t involve me and ruin my image.” Her response received widespread positive reactions online, with fans appreciating her witty handling of the situation. Romaisa is currently appearing in the drama serial Dekh Zara Pyar Se, where she plays the character Warisha. She first gained popularity through her comedic performance in Jinn Ki Shadi Unki Shadi, opposite Wahaj Ali.
