Robber-gang busted, two held

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Mar, 2026) New Multan police have busted a notorious robber gang and arrested its two criminals during a special operation, here on Thursday.

In line with special directives of the City Police Officer (CPO), the New Multan police under the supervision of Station House Officer (SHO) Syed Abadullah Shah, launched a special operation and busted Hamza alias Tunda Gang.

The police also arrested two members of the gang including the ring leader Hamza s/o Jamshaid and Mohsin s/o Ghulam Abkar.

The police recovered looted valuables including five motorcycles, three mobile phones and cash Rs 20,000 from their possession by tracing various cases.

Further investigations were underway from the arrested criminals and more recoveries were expected from them, police sources added.
