Rescue 1122 finalizes emergency arrangements for for Eid-ul-Fitr

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Mar, 2026) Rescue 1122 Lakki Marwat has finalized special arrangements to deal with any potential emergencies during Eid-ul-Fitr.

According to the Rescue 1122 spokesman, in this regard, an important meeting was held at the District Headquarters under the supervision of District Emergency Officer Bilal Afridi, which was attended by all station in-charges and relevant officers.

During the meeting, a detailed discussion was held on the strategy to ensure timely and effective emergency services for citizens during the Eid holidays.

On this occasion, District Emergency Officer Bilal Afridi directed all rescue personnel to remain on high alert so that immediate response can be ensured in case of any emergency.

He announced that all leaves of Rescue 1122 personnel have been cancelled for Eid-ul-Fitr.

He further directed that ambulances, fire vehicles, and other necessary equipment at all rescue stations must remain fully operational.

The control room has also been instructed to remain active round the clock.

The meeting also emphasized ensuring the presence of rescue teams at public places, recreational spots, and highways during Eid-ul-Fitr so that immediate assistance can be provided in case of any emergency.

District Emergency Officer Bilal Afridi said that Rescue 1122 was fully prepared to ensure a safe and peaceful Eid for the people and have been directed to perform their duties with honesty and professionalism.
