saying negotiations remain the only viable path to resolving political issues in the country.

Speaking to a private television channel, he said the opposition should come forward and play its political role by participating in constructive discussions on matters of national importance.

He claimed that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) remains reluctant to initiate dialogue despite repeated calls for negotiations.

He stressed that the opposition should focus on issues affecting the country and work in the public interest rather than pursuing political differences. Responding to a question, he urged the PTI to set aside its personal agenda and join discussions aimed at addressing the country's national challenges through consensus and cooperation.
