Rally held in Rawalpindi to mark historic success of “Maarka-e-Haq”

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th May, 2026) Anjuman Tajran Rawalpindi held a grand rally to mark the first anniversary of the historic success of “Maarka-e-Haq,” expressing solidarity with the Pak Armed Forces and paying tribute to the martyrs.

The rally began from Liaquat Bagh Chowk on Murree Road concluded at Chandni Chowk.

The rally was led by Central Anjuman Tajran Rawalpindi President Sharjeel Mir. A large number of participants carrying banners and placards joined the event, chanting slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad” and “Pakistan Armed Forces Zindabad.”

Addressing the participants, Sharjeel Mir said the historic success of “Maarka-e-Haq” was the result of the immense sacrifices and exceptional professional capabilities of the Pakistan Armed Forces.

He stated that during Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos, the armed forces successfully foiled all hostile designs of the enemy.

He said the inspiring and decisive leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir played a key role in the success of the operation, adding that his strategy led to the enemy’s defeat on every front.

Sharjeel Mir also paid tribute to the martyrs, saying their sacrifices would always be remembered and remain a guarantee for the security and stability of the country.

A large number of citizens enthusiastically also participated in the rally and expressed unwavering support for the armed forces. Participants said the success of “Maarka-e-Haq” had boosted the morale of the nation and that the Pakistan Armed Forces had always upheld the nation’s pride during difficult times.

Strict security arrangements were made by Rawalpindi Police during the rally to ensure law and order and to deal with any untoward situation.
