QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Jun, 2026) In-charge of SSGC Smanguli Zone Haji Naseer Lehri on Tuesday said that provision of better facilities to the consumers and timely solution of their problems is the first priority of Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC).

He said this while talking to billing control in-charge Muhammad Amir Owais.

During the meeting, gas supply to consumers in Smanguli zone, billing system, problems being faced by consumers and institutional issues were discussed in detail.

On this occasion, Haji Naseer Lahri said that provision of better facilities to the consumers and timely solution of their problems is the first priority of SSGC. Emphasizing the importance of transparency and effective system in billing matters, he said that all sectors are fulfilling their responsibilities in a good manner to maintain the trust of consumers.

Billing Control In-charge Muhammad Amir Owais informed about the issues related to billing in Smanguli zone, improvement of records, redressal of complaints and measures to be taken for solving the problems faced by the consumers.

He said that all available resources are being utilized for immediate redressal of consumer complaints and making the billing system more effective.

The meeting took place in a pleasant atmosphere in which the commitment to further promote mutual cooperation and better service to the customers was reiterated.
