Prime Minister visits PA's speaker house to offer condolences

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Apr, 2026) Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday visited the Punjab Assembly

Speaker's House and offered condolences to Speaker Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan

and Minister of State Malik Rashid Ahmad Khan.

The Prime Minister expressed his heartfelt sympathies to Speaker Malik Muhammad

Ahmad Khan on the demise of his sister and to Minister of State Malik Rashid Ahmad

Khan on the demise of his niece. Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and the Prime

Minister’s son, Suleman Shehbaz, accompanied him during the visit.

The Prime Minister offered Fateha and prayed for the forgiveness of the departed souls,

as well as for the elevation of their ranks and for patience and strength for the bereaved

families.

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs Talha Burki, Member of Provincial

Assembly Malik Ahmad Saeed Khan, Dr. Malik Ameer Khan, Malik Taimur Khan, Haider,

Malik Sultan, and Sardar Farooq were also present on the occasion.
