President, PM commend security forces for eliminating 21 terrorists in N. Waziristan

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Jun, 2026) President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Saturday, commended the security forces for successful operations against Fitan al Khwarij terrorists in different areas of North Waziristan, including Miran Shah.

The president appreciated the professional capabilities and valour of the security forces in eliminating several terrorists, President Secretariat Media Wing said in a press release.

He observed that the eradication of terrorists' leaders of Fitna al Khwarij, active with the Indian backing, had been a huge success against the terrorist network.

The president reiterated that the entire nation stood firmly with its brave security forces.

According to a press release of PM Office Media Wing, the prime minister, appreciating the security forces, said that 21 terrorists, including four most wanted figures of Indian proxy Fitna al Khwarij, had been killed during these operations.

Under the vision of Azm-e-Ishtehkam, the security forces had been achieving major successes in the fight against terrorism, he said, adding that operations against terrorists would continue till complete elimination of terrorism.
