Population Welfare Deptt conducts awareness programs

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2026) District Population Welfare Officer Malik Aftab Ahmed Awan on Tuesday said the Health and Population

Welfare department has organized awareness programs on population management in various public, private,

and medical educational institutions across the district.

He said awareness documentaries and lectures were arranged in different colleges and universities to

sensitize the youth regarding population issues, and the significance of maintaining a balanced population.

He stated that these programs were successfully conducted at the University of Sargodha, Sargodha Medical College, Rai Medical College, Riphah College University Bhalwal, and Government Degree College Chandni Chowk.
