Police recover missing boy, hand over to parents

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Jun, 2026) The Sahiwal police station team on Saturday successfully recovered a 12-year-old boy who

had gone missing, and handed him over to his parents following a special operation conducted

on the directives of District Police Officer (DPO) Muhammad Sohaib Ashraf.

According to a press release issued by DPO office, the Sahiwal police station had received

a report regarding the disappearance of the 12-year-old, Muhammad Sajid, prompting the DPO to

constitute a special team to ensure the safe recovery of the minor.

The police team, through diligent efforts and successful field operations, traced the boy and safely

reunited him with his family.
