Police officers, personnel gets welfare Cheques

Welfare cheques were distributed among police officers and personnel from the Police Welfare Fund

NAWABSHAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Feb, 2026) Welfare cheques were distributed among police officers and personnel from the Police Welfare Fund,

under the supervision of Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Shaheed Benazirabad Range, Faisal Bashir Memon, at the Range Office.

The welfare assistance covered all three districts of the SBA Range. A total of 111 cases were processed and cheques were distributed accordingly. These included 10 cases of Immediate Relief, 39 cases of Retirement Grant, and 62 cases under the Wedding Gift category for police personnel.

Speaking on the occasion, DIG Faisal Bashir Memon said that police personnel are valuable asset of the department and all available resources would be utilized for their welfare and well-being.

He directed officers to ensure timely processing of welfare-related cases so that deserving personnel can receive prompt assistance. DIG emphasized that police department stands with its personnel in every difficult time and that welfare initiatives will continue in the future.
