Police officer tops Punjab Competitive Examination, selected as AC

MUZAFFARGARH, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Jul, 2026) Sub-Inspector Muhammad Imran Baloch of Muzaffargarh Police has secured first position across Punjab in a competitive examination and has been selected as an Assistant Commissioner.

According to the police spokesperson, District Police Officer (DPO) Syed Ghazanfar Ali Shah congratulated Muhammad Imran Baloch on his remarkable achievement during a ceremony held at the DPO Office. The DPO presented him with a commemorative shield and garlanded him with flowers in recognition of his outstanding success.

Speaking on the occasion, the DPO said Muhammad Imran had achieved a historic milestone by securing the top position in Punjab, bringing pride to the Punjab Police. He added that although Muhammad Imran had been selected as an Assistant Commissioner, he would always remain a valued member of the Punjab Police family.

The ceremony was attended by police officers, who appreciated the officer’s dedication, hard work and exemplary performance.
