Police arrest two for cattle theft

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th May, 2026) Police on Monday arrested two accused involved in stealing a goat and recovered the stolen animal following the directives of District Police Officer (DPO) Sargodha, Muhammad Shoaib Ashraf.

According to a press release issued by DPO office, the Factory Area police team conducted a prompt action and apprehended the accused, identified as Ghulam Abbas and Bilal.

The team recovered the stolen goat from their possession and handed it over to its original owner.

Further investigation was underway against the accused to ensure they are brought to justice, said by a spokesman of district police.
