PNCA host flag hoisting ceremony to mark Pakistan Day

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Mar, 2026) The Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) held a flag hoisting ceremony on the occasion of 23rd March to mark Pakistan Day with great national pride and enthusiasm.
