PMML condemns Balochistan train attack

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2026) The Pakistan Markazi Muslim League (PMML) has strongly condemned the attack on a train in Balochistan,terming it an act of terrorism and hostility against humanity.

In a statement issued on Sunday,PMML President Khalid Masood Sandhu said those targeting innocent civilians did not deserve any leniency and called for strict action against the perpetrators and their facilitators.

He said the attack was an attempt to undermine peace and stability in the country, adding that such elements sought to spread fear and panic among the public.

Sandhu said terrorist incidents could not weaken the resolve of the nation, adding that the people stood shoulder to shoulder with security forces in the fight against terrorism.

He also alleged the involvement of foreign elements in the recent wave of terrorism.

The PMML president demanded the immediate arrest of those involved and urged authorities to ensure strict punishment for terrorists and their facilitators.
