PMD forecasts cloudy weather, light rain for Karachi

PMD says drizzle is likely in isolated areas, while heavy rainfall is not expected.

KARACHI: According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), light rain and drizzle are expected in isolated parts of Karachi, while the city is likely to remain under partly cloudy skies.

The PMD said the minimum temperature was recorded at 28.5°C, while the maximum temperature is expected to reach 35°C.

Humidity stands at 75%, contributing to warm and moist weather conditions.

Winds are currently blowing at 11 kilometres per hour, with gusts reaching 30 to 35 kilometres per hour expected during the day.

The weather department said no significant or heavy rainfall is forecast for the city.
