PIA expands China network with Air China and Shenzhen Airlines

BEIJING, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Jun, 2026) Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced expanded air connectivity between China and Pakistan through strategic partnerships with Air China and Shenzhen Airlines, offering passengers from 25 Chinese cities seamless access to PIA’s direct Beijing-Islamabad service along with highly competitive fares.

The initiative aims to enhance travel convenience for students, business travelers, tourists, and families traveling between the two countries, further strengthening people-to-people and trade links, according to official sources here on Friday.

Similarly, the partnership with Shenzhen Airlines provides access from nine additional destinations, such as Yichun, Xiangyang, Chengdu Tianfu, Quanzhou/Jinjiang, Nantong, Wuxi, Nanning, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.
