RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2026) A special medical screening camp was organized in the Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP) Rawalpindi Region to ensure the health and well-being of officers and staff.

The camp was held under the supervision of Superintendent of Police, Ghazi Faisal Saleem, Regional Officer PHP Rawalpindi Region, with the collaboration of Rizwan Tariq Sethi and Yashfeen Medical and Diagnostic Center.

During the camp, a range of medical tests were conducted for officers and personnel, including Hepatitis B and C screening, blood sugar tests, ICT screening for tuberculosis, and digital chest X-rays, along with other essential diagnostic examinations.

Qualified doctors and medical staff also carried out detailed medical check-ups and provided participants with health awareness guidance and preventive care advice.

A spokesperson for the PHP said the initiative aimed to ensure effective health monitoring of personnel, early detection of diseases, and the provision of quality healthcare facilities so that officers can perform their duties with better health, energy, and dedication in serving the public.

On the occasion, Saleem stated that the PHP was taking practical steps for the welfare of its officers and providing them with better medical facilities.

He appreciated the cooperation of Yashfeen Medical and Diagnostic Center, saying such welfare initiatives played an important role in improving the health, morale, and professional performance of the force.
