Pharma Market Association delegation meets Additional IGP Karachi to discuss security, cooperation

A five-member delegation of the Pharma Market Association, led by its General Secretary Aslam Polani, called on Additional Inspector General of Police Karachi Azad Khan at the Karachi Police Office on Thursday to discuss security and matters related to pharmaceutical markets in the city

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Feb, 2026) A five-member delegation of the Pharma Market Association, led by its General Secretary Aslam Polani, called on Additional Inspector General of Police Karachi Azad Khan at the Karachi Police Office on Thursday to discuss security and matters related to pharmaceutical markets in the city.

According to a Karachi Police spokesperson, the delegation included Muhammad Faisal Anwar, Muhammad Suhail, Muhammad Hussain, Danish Dosani and Muhammad Khalil.

During the meeting, both sides held detailed discussions on issues concerning pharma markets, the prevailing security situation and measures to enhance mutual cooperation.

Speaking on the occasion, the Additional IGP Karachi assured the delegation that all possible support would be extended to address issues faced by the pharmaceutical market community and to ensure effective security arrangements for the uninterrupted continuation of business activities.
