PFA team ensures quality food at Chiniot ramadan tables

CHINIOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Feb, 2026) Punjab Food Authority inspected Ramadan tables in Chiniot, reviewing arrangements to ensure quality and healthy food for the public. Additional Director Operations Faisalabad and Deputy Director Chiniot visited tables at library Park, Municipal Corporation, and Hockey Stadium, checking food prepared for Sehr and Iftar.

According to PFA spokesman, the Food safety teams enforced cleanliness, quality, and hygiene standards, issuing instructions for improvement.

They emphasized keeping food covered to prevent contamination and warned against adulteration, threatening strict action for violations.

The authority will continue monitoring food quality at Sehr and Iftar points, conducting surprise checks to maintain standards. The goal is to provide safe and quality food, following the Chief Minister's instructions.

The inspections aim to protect public health, ensuring Ramadan tables offer healthy options.
