Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti formally launched the Green People’s Bus Service in Turbat today. Four modern buses serve the city, benefiting over 4,500 daily passengers. The service includes plans for a Pink Bus Service for women. This step improves public transport in Turbat, Balochistan, and supports government reforms in education and trust-building.

Officials briefed us that these Green Peoples Bus Service buses come with modern facilities. Each bus carries up to 100 passengers. Turbat starts with four buses. Workers set up 18 bus stations across the city.

He announced the Pink Bus Service for women will launch soon in Turbat. The government works on policies to restore young people’s trust in the state. He noted that reform results take time to show.
Sarfaraz Bugti highlighted progress in education. The government reopens closed schools. Makran Division leads here, especially Gwadar, where no school stays closed now. Authorities recruit teachers on merit. They reopened 3,200 schools so far.
He mentioned the tense situation in the neighboring country affects the whole region.
The Green Peoples Bus Service launch in Turbat builds on similar efforts in Quetta. It delivers better, modern public transport to Balochistan residents.
