ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Feb, 2026) Minister of State for Railways and Finance Bilal Azhar Kayani on Thursday said that parliament is the right forum for discussing national issues. Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI), is not playing role for the standing committees, he said while talking to a private television channel.

PTI should return and play role for the parliamentary committees, he added.

In reply to a question, he said, we have offered talks to PTI leaders on many occasions. PTI is not showing serious attitude for dialogue, he said. PTI should choose the forum of parliament and senate for discussing national matters, he stated.
