MULTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th May, 2026) District Sports Officer Multan, Adnan Naeem, on Monday said Pakistan possessed immense hockey talent and the country’s national game was gradually regaining its lost glory due to organized efforts at the grassroots level.

Speaking to players at the conclusion of a three-match hockey series between BSK Hockey academy Multan and DHA Hockey Academy Layyah at the Divisional Sports Complex Multan, he said engaging the younger generation in sports had become a challenge in the era of social media distractions, adding that promoting youth participation in healthy activities was a commendable effort.
