Pakistan Coast Guards seize 3,361 bottles of foreign liquor in Balochistan

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Mar, 2026) Pakistan Coast Guards seized a large consignment of high-quality foreign liquor during anti-smuggling operations in Balochistan, a spokesperson said on Thursday.

Acting on credible intelligence about smuggling activities, Coast Guards personnel carried out operations in the areas of Arman Bela (Uthal) and Gadani, where they recovered 3,361 bottles of premium foreign liquor loaded in five vehicles.

The spokesperson said the liquor was being smuggled to different parts of the country. The seized consignment and vehicles have been taken into custody and legal proceedings have been initiated.

According to officials, the estimated value of the recovered liquor in the international market is around $100,800.
