Pak Armed forces gave historic response to Indian aggression in 'Marka-e-Haq':Rana Munawar Ghous Khan

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th May, 2026) Provincial Chairman Zakat and Ushr Council and Member Provincial Assembly of Pakistan Muslim League-N Rana Munawar Ghous Khan on Sunday said that Pakistan had achieved a historic success by giving a befitting and crushing response to Indian aggression during “Marka-e-Haq,” the anniversary of which was being observed across the country with national spirit and pride.

Talking to APP, he said the brave armed forces of Pakistan had once again proved their professional capabilities, courage and patriotism by defending the sovereignty and integrity of the country against every hostile design of the enemy.

Rana Munawar Ghous Khan said the entire nation stood shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces and paid tribute to the martyrs and ghazis who rendered unforgettable sacrifices for the defence of the homeland.

He added that Pakistan’s success in Marka-e-Haq had strengthened national unity and sent a clear message that the country was fully capable of safeguarding its borders and national interests.

The Provincial Chairman Zakat and Ushr Council said that the Federal government under the leadership of Prime minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif the country was moving towards economic stability and public welfare.

He said the Punjab government had launched several people-friendly initiatives in the fields of health, education, infrastructure and social welfare for the betterment of citizens.

Highlighting development works in Sillanwali, he said various uplift projects, including road construction, improvement of sewerage systems, provision of clean drinking water and development schemes in rural areas, were being completed on priority basis to facilitate the local population.

He added that the Punjab government, led by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, was committed to ensuring balanced development in both urban and rural areas to improve the living standards of the people.
