Over 100 litres of liquor seized, 15 held

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th May, 2026) Police have arrested 15 outlaws and recovered more than 100 litres of liquor along with illegal weapons and ammunition from their possession during crackdown here on Sunday.

According to police, the operations were carried out in the jurisdictions of Ganjmandi, Waris Khan, City, Mandra Kahuta, New Town, Saddar Bairooni, Dhamiyal, and Rawat police stations.

Police officials said that cases have been registered against the detained suspects, while further investigations are underway.

Divisional SPs stated that individuals involved in narcotics and illegal weapons activities would not be allowed to evade the law, adding that strict action against criminal elements will be continued without any discrimination.
