ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Feb, 2026) In response to unprovoked aggression by the Afghan Taliban, Pakistan has launched Operation Ghazab Lil Haq and the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) targeted key military installations of the Afghan Taliban in Kabul, Kandahar, and Paktika.
Security sources said that two corps headquarters, three brigade headquarters, two ammunition depots, one logistics base, three battalion headquarters, two sector headquarters, and 80 tanks, artillery pieces, and APCs were destroyed in the airstrikes.
They said that 133 Taliban Kharjis were killed and 200 wounded. Many more casualties are estimated in the strikes on military targets in Kabul, Paktia, and Kandahar, they added.
Retaliatory counteractions are continuing, and Pakistan’s security forces are responding with full force to the unprovoked aggression by the Afghan Taliban regime.
