One robber arrested in injured condition

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Mar, 2026) An encounter between the police and robbers took place in Liaquatabad Old Vegetable Market area, in which one robber was arrested in an injured condition.

Liaquatabad Police said that during checking it stopped three people near Old Vegetable Market, while considering them suspicious.

Fearing arrest, the accused opened direct fire on the police party. During the firing, one robber was injured in the firing of his accomplices, who was arrested.

According to the police, the arrested accused Ghulam Muhammad has a record in several cases including theft and robbery.
