One killed, another injured in road mishap

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Mar, 2026) A person was killed,while another suffered critical injuries in a car accident reported in Yazman tehsil of the district.

According to Rescue 1122, a Mehran car overturned near Chak 51 DB Yazman while traveling from Bahawalpur to Maroot due to a tire burst.

As a result, Adnan, 35, suffered serious head injury and died on the spot, Asad was given first aid and shifted to BVH.Both were residents of Maroot, Tehsil Fort Abbas.

The body was shifted to THQ Hospital while police concerned launched investigation.
