Old man dies after being hit by train in Chiniot

CHINIOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd Jul, 2026) A 64-year-old man died after being hit by a train on Friday near the old bridge on Sargodha Road, River Chenab, Rescue 1122 officials said.

According to Rescue 1122, the deceased was identified as Qaiser Aziz, son of Faizullah, a resident of Chiniot.

Upon receiving the information, Rescue 1122 officials reached the spot, wrapped the dead body in a rescue shroud, and later handed it over to the heirs.
