New complaint cell established to address grievances of female teachers

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jul, 2026) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa education Department has formally established a dedicated complaint cell to address and resolve issues faced by female teachers and staff.

According to a departmental spokesman on Sunday, District Education Officer (Female) has issued a formal notification regarding this initiative to all Sub-Divisional Education Officers (SDEOs) and heads of government girls' schools across the district.

The newly formed complaint cell will operate on a weekly basis, holding dedicated sessions every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

During these hours, both female teaching faculty and non-teaching staff can visit DEO Women Peshawar office to directly voice their grievances.

The cell is specifically designed to handle long standing issues, including pending matters related to service establishment, administrative challenges, and general school operations.

All relevant educational heads and SDEOs have been strictly directed to ensure smooth implementation of this directive to facilitate staff effectively.
