BAHAWALPUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Jul, 2026) Vice Chancellor, Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, held an important meeting with a Chinese delegation regarding the promotion of innovative technology.
According to an official press release issued by the IUB here, the meeting discussed the establishment of state-of-the-art laboratories of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and STEM at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>“This initiative reflects the commitment of the Government of Punjab and the Islamia University of Bahawalpur to advance innovative research and technology-based education and manifestation of the growing international collaboration of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur,” the press release said. It concluded that the aim is to equip students with future-ready skills in Artificial Intelligence and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
